I lived at Zang Triangle in their spacious 1 bedroom 875 sqft apartment for 6 month. Due to personal life and work location, i had to move out before the my lease was over. But i relocated to another of their sister property in DFW area. My experience at the apartment has been great. Lived on the first floor. Maintenance fixed any small thing i asked in timely manner. “By far the best tour I have ever been in! This tour was definitely a breath of fresh air after touring other communities around the area with terrible leasing agents that hate to do their job, tell you they have nothing to tour, dismissive, ask you to do a self-guided, mediocre customer service, etc. As soon as I walked in, she stood up from her chair and welcomed me in so pleasantly. Not to mention I was 15 mins late to my tour. She was so pleasant with me and my kids. Made me feel right at home. Her customer service is unmatched. Staff are well-mannered and approachable. Whenever I had an issue, they intervened, even with a problem I had with a neighbor. The maintenance team does its best.
